Returns Information

We operate a no questions asked refund policy. Simply send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags and labels still attached and intact.

We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt. Returning an item is easy, just complete the return form included with your order and send it to us at the following address:

We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are faulty, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
